U.Build Profile
U.Build Pte Ltd is officially established in 2016, however has its humble origins in managing properties and facilities solely for Union Energy Corporation Pte Ltd since 2006. The company is both BizSafe Star and ISO accredited with 45001; 9001; and 14001.
In the last years, we have progressed to undertake construction projects, Addition & Alteration, Interior fit out and are also adept in planning and managing projects for both the residential and commercial/industrial sector.
We are a dedicated team, exercising finesse in all that we do. We endeavor to seek innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients with our own team of expertise in various field e.g IT & Security Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering; Design & Build Work, Carpentry work etc, and not compromising in quality assurance.
Apart from the services we offer, we are also supplying IT/AV products as a reseller for Teltonika Network; Engenius; Aruba; HikVision and BlackBox to local clients e.g. Singapore PowerAssets Ltd; Nanyang Technology University, United Oversea Bank Ltd etc.

Director Profile
Directed Creason Associate Singapore in Building Construction from 2006 to 2011, concurrently headed as Head Agency in Eminent Co. Vietnam in master planning for township project.
Acted as Property Manager for asset management with Union Energy Group, equipped with vast experiences in various field of expertise such as, IT/Security Engineering, maintenance and construction knowledge. Being in the real estate business for the past 18 years, he is also a certified Fire Safety Manager, under Singapore Civil Defense Force SCDF, Data Protection Officer, DPO and an accredited Safety Coordinator by Singapore Contractor Association Limited SCAL. He has also completed his Green Mark Accredited Person Course by Building & Construction Authority BCA.
